allpay.net understands the importance of training its staff to achieve their true potential and is equally committed to providing the best possible service for its clients. To achieve this, the company has its own dedicated team of Trainers for both company and client focused training.

Company Focused Training

Company focused training begins the very first day a new member of staff joins allpay.net. Participating in a 3-day induction programme, all new staff are introduced to the organisation, its client base and the wide range of payment and collection solutions allpay.net offers.

From induction, allpay.net's staff receive in-depth on the job training and regularly participate in training programs. This ensures they are knowledgeable on all the latest products and solutions and striving for customer excellence throughout the organisation.

To continually develop their computer skills, staff are actively encouraged to attend tailored Microsoft training courses, run in-house by allpay.net's own team of experts.

Client Focused Training

To ensure that its clients are able to get the most out of its services, products and solutions, allpay.net offers in-depth tailored training, available on-site, at the client's premises or in allpay.net's own training facilities.

allpay.net prides itself on building and maintaining close, friendly relationships with its clients and the Training Team stays in regular contact to ensure they are getting the most out of allpay's products.

From this we are also able to gather feedback, enabling us to continually improve the service we offer.

The Training Team also works closely with the IT Helpdesk, providing expert advice and solutions to the helpdesk staff and the client.
