Please note:
In most instances any Voice over IP telephone systems will not support the Ingenico terminal's internal modem or any other modems. The Ingenico terminal will require a dedicated analogue line and 13 Amp power outlet (or suitable supply) to work.
Most companies running a Voice Over IP telephone system will have dedicated analogue lines installed specifically for the purpose of supporting analogue devices such as modems.
