With 750 clients and 1,700 schemes now in operation, this might seem like no easy task but, at allpay.net, we aim to be proactive in our approach to customer service.
With a team of eight field-based representatives covering the whole of the UK and further teams of Sales Advisors and Customer Service Executives available on the telephone at any time, we pride ourselves on building and maintaining close, friendly relationships with our clients and potential client-base.
The results of a recent customer satisfaction survey revealed that 99% of our clients say they would recommend allpay.net to other organisations but don't take our word for it:
